I have to start by saying that most thrillers are very predictable. This one right here. Not predictable at all. It was mind blowing, twisted, jaw dropping and exactly what a thriller should read like. I flew through this book because I could not put it down. When they say do not make any assumptions, don’t make any assumptions. You won’t see half of the plot coming. I really was bothered by how Maureen acted. I love how the author used third person and first person narration to tell different sides of the story. It makes you feel almost immersed like you are seeing what the characters are seeing. There were parts I literally had to reread because my jaw dropped after comprehending what was going on. This is a definite top choice thriller. It gives you everything you need but it doesn’t have to be dirty, gory, or too explicit.
