I always love books by Greer Hendricks and Sarah Pekkanen, and this was NO exception!! They definitely outdid themselves with this one!
The story is told from two different perspectives, one from the current wife and one from the previous wife. However, I quickly began to expect that my narrator was very unreliable and I had many suspicions...and turns out my suspicions were correct! I don’t want to give anything away, as it is soooooo good, but trust no one when reading this book!
I devoured this in less than a day (as is common for me with these authors) and it held me captive for every moment on every page. Trigger warning: there is so serious domestic abuse and such, so if that is tough for you, you may want to skip this one.
