This boom took me two tries to get through. I read an Anonymous Girl by Greer Hendricks and Sarah Pekkanenfirst and really enjoyed it. I was really excited for this story hoping it would suck me in just as quickly and thoroughly. However it did not. I found part one to be a bit slow. It did have tension. I remember thinking we were on the edge of something crazy that was about to happen many times but it never really did. The second time I read it and made it all the way through I felt very similar but it really started to pick up towards the second half of the book. The end was defendantly a twist I did not see coming. The twist was so well done it is the main reason I still liked the book and would give it a good rating. I do think this book is worth the slow bits to get to the sharper twists and surprises.
