The Wife Between Us was an enjoyable psychological thriller. I predicted that Vanessa and Nellie would be the same woman just because they are so much alike-even for a guy with a "type" they were too similar to not be the same person. Watching Vanessa/Nellie's fall into a bad marriage and then rebuilding afterward took me by surprise, especially when she hand selected her replacement and then had regrets and made herself look like the crazy, jealous ex wife to help pull the younger woman from the situation. What I did not expect was the identity of the younger woman, and how she connected to Vanessa's past. Thoroughly enjoyable read that has put the authors on my watch list of authors to read every chance I get.
