A fantastic book with a killer ending
The Wife Between Us was one of the best books I've read in a long time. You jump right into the story and make many assumptions as you're reading. At a first glance, the book seems like the classic drama ex-wife and new young wife drama. But you're in for many twists and shocks along the way.
Greer Hendricks and Sarah Pekkanen are a fantastic duo. I normally dislike books with separate story lines that don't immediately connect, but Hendricks and Pekkanen skillfully craft a novel where the disparate story lines truly add to the quality of the book. I couldn't stop thinking about how the stories might intersect and truly could not put this book down. As I was approaching the last few pages of the book, I was starting to get worried, as I felt like there hadn't been a major twist yet. But masterfully, in the last few pages, the story all comes together!
