I'm never a fan of a prologue, it just gets in the way of the story, but from the moment I opened the book I was drawn in. This book reads differently than what I thought and I LOVE THAT. I didn't want another Gone Girl and to be honest, I was invested with Nellie from the beginning. I read at least 2 mysteries a week and this shot to the top of my TBR.
