Thoroughly enjoyed the start of "The Wife Between Us." both main characters, Vanessa, the ex-wife and Nellie the fiance who narrate the book, are bitter & angry and refreshingly naive, in that order. Vanessa is so hurt and angry that she has not accepted her divorce and is still hoping to reunite with her ex Richard. Nellie is engaged to Richard looking forward to her very own happy ending. I know that this story will just keep building and building until something thrilling happens between these two women. I can not wait to read the rest of this book! Alternating between the two women's points of view had me totally engrossed that I was surprised and disappointed when I got to the end of the sample.
