Exciting techno-thriller.
I found this to be an exciting techno-thriller. It's basically sci-fi in the way science is used by a cabal of wicked, wicked billionaires, etc.
Our heroine, Jane, is, of course, super-smart and resourceful, an FBI agent who is now on the run because she has been accused of murders. Now, if only she can use all her skills and wiliness she will be able to get those nasty wrongdoers and make them pay!
I've never read any Dean Koontz before, so it was interesting to find that he likes to use a bit of poeticizing diction to elevate the tone of the writing.
It's a great big brick of a book, and it doesn't let up with the pulse-racing action!
Some of the characters you will love to hate, like a nasty, misogynistic journalist Jane must deal with.
