I’ve been pretty vocal about how I’m burnt out on psychological thrillers/suspense novels (note their absence from my IG feed as of late). However, this book renewed my faith in this genre! I loved this book- so incredibly creepy, not super predictable (at least for me), no whiny unreliable female narrators- this one was a dream come true! So different than anything I’ve read lately, The Whisper Man was a breath of fresh air. I devoured this one in less than a day - I absolutely couldn’t put it down (except for at night when I was too creeped out to read more). I was so invested in finding out what the heck was going on. If you’re looking for something a little different, I’d DEFINITELY check this one out.
