I love the idea behind this book. The plot was interesting and the blurb (and hype) had me looking forward to a gripping, page turning thriller. It definitely had it's creepy moments but there wasn't enough, in my opinion.
I did enjoy the story, I was definitely hooked and needed to know where it was going. I really enjoyed the different POVs, it added to the suspense and I like getting a more rounded view.
The rhyme still creeps me out though and I love when a book gives me something like this to hold on to
"If you leave a door half open, soon you’ll hear the whispers spoken.
If you play outside alone, soon you won’t be going home.
If your window’s left unlatched, you’ll hear him tapping at the glass.
If you’re lonely, sad, and blue, the Whisper Man will come for you."
