Meh:
In my honest opinion I bought this book through Book Of The Month. I thought it was way to over hyped. It was okay, not that great. It was supposed to be spooky but came up flat. It didn’t really keep me on my toes like a good thriller should. The “twist” was boring and didn’t even get my heart racing there was so much potential here but it all fell flat. The author could have went so many different ways with the story but in my opinion he took the easy way out.
There was a tiny bit of gore from when they find the kids body. Not enough however to make me go wow I can’t even believe that! I don’t really have much of an opinion on this book other than the fact that I wanted more.....
