Tom and Jake move to Featherbank for a new start. Twenty years ago Frank Carter was known as “The Whisper Man” for murdering five victims until he was finally caught. I always try to figure out what makes me give a book 5 stars. I think that if a book got me excited, got my heart pumping while reading, couldn’t wait to get back to it, didn’t guess the ending but had a good ending then it deserves 5! And this is exactly all of the things this book did. I can’t wait for North’s new book, The Shadows, that comes out in July.
