Another great psychological thriller / whodunit / murder mystery read! I had heard so much about this and was beyond excited to get my hands on it ! I must say I believe it lived up to the hype. I loved the different perspectives and the story lines most of all I loved seeing it through the child’s eyes and no spoilers here but who the little girl is and the way kids minds work and are represented and explained in this story well I absolutely loved it ...so ya there is mushy family stuff mixed in with kidnapping and murder I mean what more could you ask for they are basically giving it all to you! All the changing perspectives and narrators and emotional lens changes yet it is such a smooth transition from one to the next! Topics covered include : grief and loss, parent child relationships, learning to love again, forgiveness and so much more. The Whisper Man is a great story and I will be adding Alex North to my must read and authors to follow list!
