This book is absolutely terrifying, but totally worth it. The Whisper Man is about a father and son who move to a new city after the boy finds his mother dead in their home. They move to Featherbank where they’ll be safe. Public service announcement: anytime characters in a book believe they’ll be safe somewhere, they will absolutely not be safe under any circumstances. DI Pete Willis has been haunted for 20 years by the Whisper Man case because the remains of one child were never found, and another boy has just gone missing. There are little clues dropped throughout the book, and the twists and turns just keep coming. The Whisper Man will definitely keep you on the edge of your seat!
