This book was given to me for review. All thoughts are my own. Thank you, Celadon Books and Bookish First.

First, let me mention how much I love the simplicity of the cover. This isn't just a thriller/horror story, but a story of hope and the rebuilding of life.

This story sucks you in right from the beginning. Once I started I couldn't put it down. It is told from multiple viewpoints, but is very easy to follow.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I first picked this up. I wouldn't necessarily call it scary, but it had many twists and turns. The suspense had me on the edge of my seat until the very end. I didn't know what was going to happen and was mildly surprised at the end, which I love.

If I had one complaint it would have been wanting a few more chapter from another character's perspective. Alex North wrote a delightfully thrilling tale and I can't wait until his next release and for the movie.
