I have now read every single Jasmine Guillory novel and they are all extremely similar and ultimately pretty forgettable to me. ‘The Wedding Date’ was entertaining, cute, and quite a bit corny but I cannot say I thought it was special in anyway. As well as it was quite annoying that Jasmine Guillory kept stating the obvious as if her audience wasn’t smart enough to gather it themselves, but hey maybe I’m the only one that perceived it that way. If I had to pick a favorite from this series I would say either the second novel The Proposal’ or the third novel ‘The Wedding Party’. In all honesty I think it was just me who didn’t really like and I would recommend it to lovers of romance and those who don’t mind a little corniness here and there.
