So I have read a couple of other books in this series and this one is good but it is not my favorite. The relationship between Drew and Alexa is a good one. I love a fake dating trope (or in this case a fake wedding date). The relationship was really cute and I really enjoyed a lot of the secondary characters as well. I love how much Alexa cares about the community and how they both slowly start to fall in love. Both of the characters are a bit less mature than I would think two successful adults would be.
The long distance is an interesting take on the fake dating and adds a fun complication. The miscommunication between Drew and Alexa was the low point of the storyline. The meetcute in the elevator was really interesting and I like that a lot of the characters also get their own stories later on in different books.
Overall worth a read but this is not my favorite in the series.
