What a cute little romance! I enjoyed this read very much. I just loved the way that Alexa and Drew met. I thought they made such a great couple and their banter was fantastic. My only complaint is Alexa. For someone that went to law school and was the chief of staff for the mayor, she was written to be such a strong fierce woman. It made me absolutely crazy with how much you cowered and didn't saw what she wanted or how she was feeling. She should have been shouting from the rooftops. I feel as though if she was out of water with Drew, she would not change her personality.
For me this was a 3.5 star read, and it would have been higher if Alexa had stood up for herself a little more, instead of bending and not saying how she truly felt.
