Absolutely loved these characters - and their sweet romance!
I love a good fake dating turned to romance story - and this unique story didn't disappoint. Pediatric surgeon Drew Nichols meets Alexa Monroe in an elevator during a power outage and desperate for a date to his friend's wedding convinces her to help him out. Of course, nothing turns out the way it seems for these two and love / attraction is never quite that simple.
Both characters have high-powered successful jobs that I found quite credible and intriguing as well as the distance complication. Drew lives in LA while Alexa is in San Francisco.
Truth be told, I actually read this series out of order. I read the second book (The Proposal) first before turning to The Wedding Date and was super intrigued to read Drew and Alexa's story,
I've since read all three books in the series - and Drew / Alexa's story is still my favorite!
