This book follows the relationships of the followers of Daniel a self appointed leader of a cult somewhere in the desert. There is Miriam a young female on the verge of womanhood who lives with her parents, Caleb a young male who desperarely wants to win the affection of his father, Susana a young female who seeks power by any means, and Aaron. I will let you find out who he is. There are a few others that Daniel uses as pawns in his game. Rachel, Marcus, Delilah, as well as their parents.
This story grabs the readers attention during the first few pages and keeps it until the very end with many twists and turns.
