The themes of this book where very clear. they include, Marriage of minors, oppression of woman in a patriarchy. it does a good job of showing how cults are extremely control over every expect of the lives of there members
The plot was heavily dominated by the idea the Daniel "may have seen the wrong man for Miriam in his dream. This over showed the fact that we lost a charter within the story.
