"The Virtue of Sin" has to have one of the sickest beginnings I have ever read. I was a young newlywed when Jim Jones and "drink the kool-ade" happened. I wondered then how someone could become so entranced or held hostage as to do what Jim Jones followers did. I hope by reading the rest of this book, I might be given some insight into the mindset of zealous followers and of those that come to question such leaders. I can't wait to see what happens to Miriam, Caleb and Aaron and if the can find the "truth".
