I love first-person narration, and this author's character is rich and deep from the beginning; I love the premise because it's soooooo close to a reality that's closer than we think... but most of all, I love the message of this book - to stand up for oneself in the face of opposition - because it's apropos for my life right now! I can't wait to finish this book!
