There is always potential for a good plot with stories about cults, just like this one. The beginning was interesting, but I would probably not read the full book, because I saw no darkness to it, which is usually what I'm looking for when reading a story that involes a cult. It still has good potential though and it's not a bad story, it is just not dark enough for me.
