Ava Simon designs storage boxes for furniture company. A hard worker and with an obsessive nature about her, she remains heartbroken from an accident that killed her girlfriend and altered her life. Ava hasn't let anyone in into her life since, but when her new boss, Mat, offers her a ride home she starts to realize opening up can be good. When Mat isn't who he says he is things begin to shift for Ava.
A funny, offbeat debut novel with a few plot twists makes for a heartfelt story on grief, trust, and friendship. I like the cover and thinks it goes very well with the content of the book on both the literal and metaphorical level. I would be very interest in reading this!
