I loved this book so much. It was so fast-paced that it was almost hard to even keep up with. Lots of twists that I did not expect at all, especially near the end. Loved the character development and my favorite character was most definitely Raylan. Also, the underwater world aspect added a unique trait to the story that truly makes it special. The two different points of view added a lot to the book as well, as we got to follow along with two completely opposite people. Tempest is such a relatable girl whose story and struggles are spectacularly fun to follow along with. She is fearless and determined and her actions are so pure that you can't help but root for her all the way. My only complaint is that I wish she would've explored a little bit more into the ocean theme.
