Sounds like an interesting historical fiction

I like the idea of historical fiction about Tubman. Especially, with the $5 bill picture changing from a racist to a heroine. So far, the dialogue feels authentic.
Already, with this short section of book, I am already learning about things I never knew about Harriet Tubman. I never knew her husband was a freeman and a cad! Nor that she gave away her own baby to ensure its freedom. I look forward to find out if she was able to find it again. Harriet Tubman appears to have been a shrewd brave woman in more ways than just being part of the Underground Railroad. She sounds like a woman I would want to meet. I am excited to find out more about her! If I do not win a copy of this book, it is already on my To Be Read list on Goodreads.
