I am not a cowboy fan, I'm not into the ranch thing, and I don't like country music or cowboy boots, so the fact that I even picked this up is all do to a rec from a friend. That being said, omg it was so cute!!! It had a really slow start, and a lot of the art stuff was entirely unbelievable (I have artist friends, there's no way she completed a 5 foot canvas portrait in 4 hours, there just isn't!! Not with the amount of detail described!!!!) There was an incredible amount of cheese in this book, but I still absolutely adored it, quite possibly due to my love of all things Christmas. The characters had incredible sexual chemistry and despite how bizarre the circumstances were, their falling-in-love didn't feel fake and I believed the romance. The side story with her parents was adorable too. It was a fantastic Christmas read and really gets you into the spirit and love of the holiday.
