Overall this was a pleasant, very funny book to read. Usually my genre is historical romance and I tend to shy away from the modern romance but after reading the excerpt chapters I knew I just had to read the whole thing. Suzanne's inner monologue is definitely something to identify with and Grady's whole dislike of well, everything, adds actual humor. I didnt really even mind the excessive use of swear words in it (for those that do mind- there is a lot!) While I didnt necessarily love the characters, I think they worked very well for this storyline. I've read other reviews saying that it took awhile to build up, for me I enjoyed every chapter. The author, Amy Andrews, makes no secret that she wanted to throw in every cheesy thing about the holidays for the "Christmas freaks" and it so works for this book. Overall a great little read, even if you arent a Christmas freak or like modern romances. I received a free book in exchange for my unbiased review
