What I liked about this one right from the start was the smart and quiet artist, Jake. He is a high school student at St. Clair Prep, but he also can see the dead. He has learned that they can't hurt him because they can't touch him. Still, he tries to stay unseen and slips between the cracks so most people do not really notice him. He spends a lot of time doodling in his notebooks. The second chapter shifts into a second character named Sawyer. Then on to a school shooting drill, or is it? This book looks kind of crazy in a good way.
