The Sushi Prophecies was an absolutely confusing time. The book, written by August Hill, was well written but a fantasy world that I was not ready for.

The story follows Sebastian aka "Seb", who manages a gardening center. He's in a crazy drug induced hallucination and now we have evil plants and the entire world is at risk. Trying to save the world from plants that eat you brain is very odd. There are defiantly some funny one liners that I did giggle at, but overall the book was a bit of a struggle. Fantasy is defiantly not my genre by a long shot, so that was probably most of the problem for me.

I did enjoy the Vancouver aspects so that was a plus. Other than that though the moral of the story is don't do drugs.
