First off this book wasted eight days of my life. That is if you can even call it a book. This review will be very brief indeed for I do not have any good praise for this nonsensical book or the author. My first disclaimer… DON’T DO DRUGS!!!

I am not even going into a synopsis of this book because I have already wasted my time with this so called piece of literature. If you are into doing illicit substances , taking illegal mind trips, and philosophizing when inebriated then you would be part of the crowd this book is geared for.

I honestly did not like any of the characters, the plot was ridiculous, Sebastian (the main character) was a bore and pessimist, and everyone else were just partaking in questionable substances.

I feel as though August Hill partook in a lot of hallucinogenic substances while writing this book. It was just like someone who feels like they have a grandiose epiphany upon indulging in illicit mind altering substances. That is to say it makes sense if you are not clear in your brain, or you believe you have to open up to understand the depth of the context.

Overall, this is by far the worst book I have read this year! Possibly ever. I give The Sushi Prophecies by August Hill 1/2 a star out of 5 stars. There is no redeeming quality to this book. It was utterly atrocious. I would not recommend this book to anyone whatsoever. I also will never partake in reading another book that August Hill produces.

I do want to thank http://www.bookishfirst.com for the opportunity to read this book even though it did not meet my expectations.
