Maybe this is a book for bros, but it was distasteful from the first page using the word retard. Followed by music history rants, drugs, and blue balls, I'm just not interested. I get a clear sense that this will be a book that tries very hard to be shocking and bizarre which just gets exhausting and overshadows any story.
