Fantastic
Thank you to bookish and the publisher for sending me this free copy of The Sunshine Mind. I was pleasantly surprised to get a hardcover, The book is so beautiful.
The foreword was written by Selena Gomez. Selena is a good friend to both authors Tanya and Raquelle. Both the foreword and the introductions to the authors really sets the tone of the book.
This book is laid out to be a one day at a time, even though the days are only about two pages and not jammed packed. They really did a great job putting what they wanted to get across in those few pages.
Yes this book may not be for everyone it does have a target audience. For me it is what i needed and i can think of many people that can benefit from this book.
I personally feel like i'm talking to the author, like having a women's bible study in my own home. They share personal experiences share a scripture that fits with that days challenge and outline how you can put things into line to achieve what makes you happy in your life.
One of the favorite things i read in here is that she writes letters to her future husband. That is a fantastic idea i wish i would have done. In that day it was not all sunshine a rainbows, Things didn't go as planned and it doesn't have a happy ending there is no BS. That showed me that they are not trying to give us some false info to improve your life they are giving us their genuine selves and the writing shows.
What i read through out this book is that they are not just trying to guide you through one thing in life, they are wanting to hit every part of your life with growth. From your inner happiness and to work as well as your dreams, They also mention you changing lives of others not in a selfish way but being there for those who need us.
This book will change your mindset for the better. They are not here to make us like them they want this to help guide you to a better you a happier you.
Thank you again to the authors you did a fantastic job!
