Thanks to The Sun Shine Mind, I have spent the last one hundred days filling my heart and soul with hope and joy. Each day starts with a Bible verse, followed by a super short inspirational story and ended with a brief way to implement the verse and lesson. It is very easy to implement joy into your daily personal life with the lessons you will learn in this book. An easy to turn to devotional, this book is sure to stay on my shelf as a resource for years to come. My favorite topics were: forgive yourself, change your mindset, find light in the darkness and shake it off. I found every page useful, full of hope and inspiring of joy! This book is beautiful inside and out making the reader want to return to it daily. It’s beauty makes it a great gift! I know I will be enjoying it over and over again.
