This book was very captivating. from the very first sentence, the spooky mood was clear. I usually have a hard time concentrating when reading on my computer, but I couldn´t put this one down. I loved the mystery of the first chapter and the insight into the character through the therapy session. my sister and I also used to put pennies on the train tracks and that made it all the more creepy. I enjoyed the detail in the writing. the way the author described the candle blowing out made me smell the smoke and feel the despair of the main character. overall I loved the way the author jumped straight into the plot while still taking time to make each character feel like a close friend. I thoroughly enjoyed the sneak peek and recommend this book to anyone who suspenseful, action-packed books.
