This book was so much better than I anticipated!! I have never read anything by Charlie Donlea before, but I definitely plan on reading his other books. I never saw the killer coming until they were revealed! So many twists and turns. The story had me captured from the beginning! I absolutely love Rory and Lane and their relationship. Rory is such a unique character that is so good at her job and having Lane as her partner is just perfect. They are relatable and real. Westmont Prep school seems as if it could be a real school, but there are a lot of things I found super creepy besides the fact that they have the Man in the Mirror "cult" group. It was very interesting to read about. I loved how the book was broken into all the different parts. Present day, the last year, the journal readings and other periods of time from the killer's point of view. I was also intrigued by the fact that Charlie Donlea's other books are seperate but yet they have characters from this book that you can tie together.
