I was pretty stunned right at the first chapter. It's classified as a thriller but it has a horror atmosphere - I say that as a positive. It's creepy and intriguing and I would love to read more.
It starts out really dark and only spirals downward from there. I'm already invested in the story and the villain, and Ryder seems like an interesting character, too.
I'm not sure I'm super into the podcast parts, though, it just feels odd to read a long podcast. Kind of like an infodump in disguise.
Still, I'm definitely interested in continuing, I'm dying (haha) to know what happens next!
