What I’ve read so far of the characters introduced, Eld, Buc, Salina, and the judge leave many questions of what is going on in this story. I’m sure Salina has something in mind for these warriors whom she feels killed the merchant. There is a lot of puzzlement as to why the mage would shoot his master. I’m curious, but just not much of a fan of fantasy even though I admire the mind that can think all this up and put a story together.
