I absolutely love fantasy, and with the first few paragraphs the author pulls you into the world and sets the scene. It is so easy to get pulled i. You can immediately picture the atmosphere and setting. The marbled halls and paintings immediately let you know you aren't in the real world. I love that this story begins in first person. You are immediately drawn in and want to follow this adventure to the end.
