I like the intrigue and poliics mixed with magic and bribery aspects of the story so far. I feel like it's going to be one of those stories where someone starts out from nothing and grows to be even more powerful than those who employ them. I also like the main character's sarcastic personality. Would definitely want to read more and see where the adventure takes us.
