I was a bit disappointed in this book. After reading the first few chapters, I really liked the main characters, and was excited to see where the story would go. I did like how the author went back and forth telling the story from the different characters points of view. However, I feel like the story never really took off. The whole book was about who killed who, who ratted out who, and sometimes it was hard to follow which people were on which side of the war and what group they belonged to. I really thought it would be more of a love story between two people on different sides of the war, but that whole plot line really never took off. The two characters had barely done anything more than kiss, and before you know it, the book is done! I will say that it was a quick easy read though. A little sad too, how awful people were treated by the Nazis during the war.
