This could be a tough read considering the recent Russian invasion into Ukraine. Poland versus Ukraine is not something I heard about happening during WW II so I find this book very interesting! I am fascinated by what people went through during WWII so I do want to know how this book ends and if Maria ever finds her brother and how she does it.
