This book is a great psychological thriller. At first it doesn't seem like there's much of a mystery: a lady killed her husband right in the face. The mystery is that ever since that night, she hasn't said a word. This story is told from the point of view of her psychotherapist. As we start to learn more, we start to question if she really did it, is she really crazy, and WHY?
This book was quite the page turner for me. The timeline alternate between current day and excerpts from Alicia's journal from before that day.
I was trying to figure out the story the entire time. I was not prepared for or expecting how the story ends. It really kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time. I would definitely recommend this book to my friends.
