I constantly hear and see people reading The Silent Patient - on my feeds, at the beach, etc. I just did not like it! And I know I am definitely in the minority on this one. I went into reading The Silent patient super hopeful - as a future healthcare professional, I always love reading books with some sort of medical component. THis book did not do it for me. I found the majority of the book to be boring.. not a lot going on until the twist at the end. Definitely did enjoy the ending, but wish I had just skipped to the ending (some of my friends did this and didn't read the actual book!!) I think my problem with this book is that because I read so many thrillers/suspenseful books, this just didn't do it for me!
