Initially this book took a little bit to get into, then I loved it. There were so many twists and turns my heart raced often. I had no idea what I was expecting, but I know what I felt was going to happen, didn't. This book was well written and gave the reader and experience. I initially would have given the book 3/5 until three fourths of the way through. Then when I realized what was really happening, and I started having more of a racing heart, it gained a point. Never could anyone have predicted it. Working in healthcare myself, I am always interested in reading books with mental health as a topic even when fiction. I find myself completed captivated by "what would I do in this situation". I don't work mental health exactly, but I know I'm a much different type of doctor than was in this book. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good thriller that will keep you guessing until the end.
