I didn't understand the cover of the book until after I had finished it. The woman's face is so faint, but now it makes sense; the silence, the artist and the canvas. It was easy to read and kept me on edge trying to figure out if and when Alicia would speak and what would she have to say. My heart went out to her. I've always been intrigued with psychology and found Theo very interesting and believable. This is definitely my kind of book. The ending was a huge shock for me. I didn't see any signs of it coming. I am anxious to share this book with several of my friends that I know will enjoy it as much as I did.
