This was a fantastic book! I really really enjoyed it. It was full of plot twists that really threw my for a loop. This is one of those "I'll read just one more chapter..." books that will keep you up late reading if you let it. The characters are very well written. Between one character's diary entries and near complete silence in the present, and another's investigations into the murder, it is very pasted paced and punchy. Each character introduced through the investigation is made to seem suspicious and sometimes very creepy to throw you off the scent. It is a classic case of the unreliable narrator, and you yourself begins to question who to believe. This being said, there were occasionally things that can be seen as plot holes but they were never a deal breaker for me.
