I was absolutely in a reading slump before picking up The Silent Patient. I had heard such good things and knew I needed a good thriller to get me back in my reading groove. This was absolutely worth the hype! I tried to guess the plot twist about a million times as I was reading and I did not get it right at all! I loved the time changes in this book and how it takes you through the story from the different perspectives of both Alicia and Theo.
I was so drawn in by this story and Alicia's character that my curiosity got the best of me and I read this in one day.
I thought the story was extremely easy to read and it laid out everything for you in such a way that I felt like I was there and could actually see these events unfolding.
If you are a fan of thrillers, I HIGHLY recommend picking up the Silent Patient. It was so good you will probably read it in one sitting.
