This book was intriguing from the get go but i think my expectations were a little too high. I enjoyed it nevertheless.

Alicia had the perfect life and everyone was envious. And then one day out of the blue, she shoots her husband. Since then, she has refused to speak a word.

She used to be an artist, so her therapist, Theo, tries to get her to talk again using her art. But there is more to Theo than meets the eye.

It's a psychological thriller with a decent twist. The writing was pretty good. Alex Michaelides kept the plot fast paced and interesting. There did not really seem to be a lull in the story. I found myself satisfied with the ending, even if it was a little predictable. Worth the read.
